Honey Roasted Parsnip Crisps
Ingredients
1 parsnip
Runny honey
Up the quantities for more sweet crunchy crisps
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C
- Using a vegetable peeler or sharp knife, peel the parsnips into long strips
- Drizzle the strips with honey in a bowl until coated
- Place the honey coated strips on a baking tray (preferably not touching and with a twist) and bake until crisp, and goldenly sticky (approximately 10 to 20 minutes).
- Remove from the oven and cool to a crisp.
