Honey Roasted Parsnip Crisps

Ingredients

1 parsnip

Runny honey

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C
  2. Using a vegetable peeler or sharp knife, peel the parsnips into long strips
  3. Drizzle the strips with honey in a bowl until coated
  4. Place the honey coated strips on a baking tray (preferably not touching and with a twist) and bake until crisp, and goldenly sticky (approximately 10 to 20 minutes).
  5. Remove from the oven and cool to a crisp.
