Which stands for?
SWCIC stands for Saffron Walden Community Interest Company.
And means?
A community interest company is a limited company which aims to benefit the community it serves (in our case the Saffron Walden area) rather than make profits for its shareholders. SWCIC has members and anyone living in the area who supports its objectives is invited to join.

We aim our activities will help to increase the amount of wholesome, sustainable food grown in our countryside.

Funding
SWCIC recieved some funding from the Local Food programme and Uttlesford District Council to set up Walden Local Food.
